Description

You will lead the technical delivery of financial crime compliance oversight, translating requirements into scalable solutions and owning dashboards, metrics, and vendor integrations to ensure audit-ready controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years in technical program delivery, engineering enablement, or compliance-tech in regulated FinTech/payments/financial services
• Experience with automated, rules-based, or AI-enabled AML systems
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, dashboards, and system integrations
• Experience delivering third-party vendor integrations
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Data, and Compliance

Responsibilities

• Translate oversight requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
• Own financial crime oversight dashboards and metrics pipelines
• Support AML rule tuning, threshold updates, and AI-enabled control changes
• Lead build and rollout of oversight tooling and third-party integrations
• Implement logging and monitoring for audits and exams
