You'll lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of a large-scale learning content portfolio. You'll oversee instructional design, content development, and operational excellence for compliance and workplace training programs. You'll collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to align content strategy with business goals.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of learning content portfolio.
- Oversee course design, development, release, and optimization.
- Manage and scale a team of instructional designers and content developers.
- Define instructional design standards and assessment methodologies.
π Requirements
- 8+ years experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
- Proven experience managing a large-scale content library or training portfolio.
- Strong leadership experience managing instructional design or content development teams.
- Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in eLearning, compliance, or LMS environments.
- Hands-on experience with adaptive learning or scenario-based training.
- Ability to connect content strategy with business outcomes such as engagement or revenue.
