Description

You will lead complex, cross-functional change initiatives across Financial Crime, Fraud, and Disputes. You'll partner with Product, Risk, Technology, and Operations to shape solutions, drive organizational readiness, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes.

• Led complex change initiatives in Financial Crime, Fraud, or Disputes
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and navigating ambiguity
• Takes ownership, makes sound decisions, stays calm under pressure
• Communicates clearly and influences stakeholders at all levels
• Uses data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex change initiatives across FinCrime, Fraud, and Disputes
• Partner with Product, Risk, Technology, and Operations to balance customer experience, risk, and efficiency
• Act as trusted advisor in product and risk forums, influencing decisions with customer-first mindset
• Drive organisational readiness from planning through implementation and adoption
• Monitor post-launch performance, resolve issues, improve processes and tooling
