💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of K-12 sales reps to drive district partnerships and close deals that help every child learn to read. You'll provide daily coaching and pipeline management, ensuring no opportunity is left behind. This role combines hands-on mentorship with a mission-driven focus on education equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews with each rep to ensure accurate data and coverage
  • Deep-dive into opportunities to identify roadblocks and map out next steps
  • Coach 5+ reps on skills, sales process, and mindset with actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience team for smooth district handoffs

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years guiding a team of 5+ quota-carrying reps
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot required, Salesforce acceptable)
  • Comfortable navigating 3–12+ month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to provide kind, specific, and honest feedback

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Education or Public Sector sales
  • Familiarity with K-12 district buying process (RFPs, board approvals)
