You'll implement new features and improve user experiences in a mature SaaS application. You'll help define architectural roadmaps to future-proof our platform. You'll collaborate with the Implementation Team to turn customer needs into actionable technical designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement new features and fix bugs
• Review PRs and pair program to educate best practices
• Design technical solutions for customer pain points
• Manage production issues and debugging

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
• 5+ years experience with JavaScript
• Strong understanding of programming patterns and software architecture
• Experience with SaaS applications or FinTech domain

✨ Nice to Have

• React.js experience
• Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Experience with AWS or Azure and Kubernetes
