🎯 What You'll Do

• Support gathering and documenting business requirements into functional specs
• Create user stories, process maps, and functional documentation
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on development tracking
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing, prepare test cases, document issues
• Support KPI tracking and stakeholder reporting on liquidity

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience as Business Analyst in banking/finance/consulting
• University degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
• B2 or higher English proficiency
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
