Description

You will lead teams responsible for systems engineering and verification of avionics components, systems, and vehicle-level hardware. This includes managing requirements, test plans, and configuration, as well as developing test platforms like HITL and GSE. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful integration of avionics systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science
• 10+ years experience in development, integration, and test of complex electrical/mechanical/software systems
• 7+ years experience leading engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end systems engineering and verification for Avionics at component, system, and vehicle level
• Champion systems engineering best practices: requirements management, verification test plans, configuration management
• Lead development of test platforms: functional test systems, HITL testbeds, GSE
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Vehicle Integration, Test, and Launch Operations
• Support integration and test operations at launch sites
