You'll join a Chambers-ranked Band 1 public finance group at an Am Law 100 firm, working on high-profile tax-exempt and taxable bond financings and complex credit structures. You'll gain broad experience structuring and executing finance transactions, with a clear path for advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as key member of deal teams on public and project finance transactions
• Structure and document tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities and derivatives
• Draft trust indentures, loan agreements, and bond purchase agreements
• Conduct legal research on securities, tax, bankruptcy, and municipal law issues
• Interface directly with clients, investment bankers, and rating agencies

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Current license to practice law in the state of application or eligible by reciprocity
• Relevant experience in public finance, transactional, or commercial real estate work
• Strong drafting and analytical skills for a deadline-driven environment
