💼 About This Role

You'll install, repair, and maintain radon mitigation systems for residential clients. You'll conduct airflow diagnostics, run ventilation pipes, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on work with construction and HVAC systems in a family-oriented company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, and repair radon mitigation systems
• Conduct airflow diagnostics on concrete or slab foundations
• Run pipes for ventilation and install fans
• Educate customers on system operation and troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building maintenance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs
• Ability to obtain NRPP certification within established timeline

• Mechanically inclined with eagerness to learn
• Experience with radon mitigation systems
• Self-starter with independent work track record
