You'll serve as a point person for all accounting issues related to a UTA department, working closely with agents to manage client bookings in a GAAP-compliant environment. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate booking data, facilitating forecasting and collections through regular reporting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with agents and assistants to ensure complete and accurate booking data
• Enter and maintain client bookings, reviewing for accuracy and revenue recognition
• Provide regular reporting to agents for forecasting and collections
• Coordinate with cash management team to ensure payments are applied correctly

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
