💼 About This Role

You'll be the first BDR at Centari, an AI deal intelligence platform for law and finance firms. You'll execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to AmLaw 100 firms and financial institutions, booking meetings that convert into pipeline. This role offers direct mentorship from GTM leadership and significant equity in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS or professional services.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and goal orientation—you move fast and don't let "no" slow you down.
