You'll evangelize Blossom Health's AI-native mental healthcare platform to providers in the Hudson Valley, driving patient referrals. You'll build and nurture relationships with clinics, becoming a trusted partner for psychiatric care access. This early-stage role offers high autonomy in a hyper-growth startup with a talent-dense team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend 4 days per week meeting providers in the field
• Prospect and identify new provider partners
• Convert leads into loyal referral partners
• Build relationships with clinic staff to support referrals

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in provider-facing field sales
• Experience building and growing a territory from scratch
• Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
