💼 About This Role

You'll drive cross-functional programs across product and engineering teams at Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit behind Wikipedia. You'll ensure strategic alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and guide teams toward measurable impact. This role offers remote-first culture with occasional travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across teams.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation decisions.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including volunteer community.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in product-driven org.
• Proven success managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in risk management and capacity planning.
• Experience working with Legal and Communications functions.

• Experience in open-source or volunteer communities.
• Familiarity with Wikimedia projects.
