Description

You will oversee nursing care quality across all levels of care (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care) in a faith-based senior living community. Lead the nursing team, collaborate with healthcare professionals, manage the department budget, and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance residents' lives.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and effective communication
• Previous management experience
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and alignment with mission

Responsibilities

• Assure quality resident care through training, scheduling, and supervising nursing staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department across all three levels of care
• Develop and update policies and procedures for licensed areas
• Manage nursing department budget
• Lead quality assurance and improvement efforts
