• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across multiple products.

• Directly manage and develop Engineering Managers into strong leaders.
• Drive responsible adoption of AI and automation across engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with multiple teams or products.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable software platforms.
