💼 About This Role

You'll lead supplier quality activities for autonomous vehicle hardware, managing qualification and PPAP processes. You'll drive RCCA using 8D methodology for supplier non-conformances. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge autonomous truck and robotaxi technology at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead supplier qualification audits against IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
• Manage supplier lifecycle from sourcing through SOP and service-life.
• Partner with Engineering on DFM for complex mechanical designs.
• Own PPAP package, ensuring component validation before SOP.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of APQP and PPAP including FMEA, MSA, SPC.
• Proven experience driving 8D and RCCA processes.
• Proficiency with Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Automotive, Aerospace, AV, or EV industry experience.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610 knowledge.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
