You'll provide therapeutic guidance and supervise program staff at a residential mental health facility. Your work directly supports clients on their recovery journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with program policies and reporting requirements
• Supervise program staff with therapeutic guidance
• Assist Program Director in coordinating core programs

📋 Requirements

• Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist
• Two years' experience in a mental health setting
• One year experience in program development for severe mental disabilities
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and familiarity with DMH Titles 9

• Valid CA driver's license
• Experience with DBT, Motivational Interviewing, WRAP
