• Provide customer service via live chat channel
• Handle, investigate, and resolve customer concerns
• Attend to enquiries and educate customers
• Record details of enquiries, comments, or complaints

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service/contact center experience preferred
• English proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Computer literacy with Google, spreadsheets, instant messaging
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings and holidays
