💼 About This Role

You'll act as the analytical and operational backbone of the global channel partner organization, enabling accurate forecasting and scalable process execution. Your core impact will be supporting partner recruitment, enablement, and renewals while working cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Partner Success, and RevOps teams. This role offers the chance to drive data-driven insights for a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and validate partner pipeline and renewal forecasts
• Build and maintain dashboards for partner performance, pipeline, and renewals
• Execute and enforce operational processes across onboarding, forecasting, and renewals
• Partner with Finance on ARR tracking, renewals, and reporting accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations roles
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue environment
• Proven track record supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting/BI tools

• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
• Exposure to partner ecosystems (resellers, MSPs, alliances) and partner lifecycle metrics
• Experience contributing to rollout of operating frameworks or governance models
