💼 About This Role

You'll perform home health visits for clients in Gloucester County, providing skilled nursing care to help them remain at home. You'll be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in NJ
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
