💼 About This Role

You'll support Quote-to-Cash processes and serve as a hands-on Salesforce administrator for a rapidly scaling AI company. You'll proactively identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to make operations more scalable. This role offers a chance to shape the revenue engine at the forefront of Voice AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CPQ workflows and order form accuracy
• Provision customer contracts and usage entitlements
• Reconcile usage, billing, and revenue data across systems
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3–4+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, reporting, flows)
• Incredible AI curiosity and capability with tools like Cursor and Claude

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a hyper-growth SaaS or AI company
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting tools
• Familiarity with contract generation tools like DocuSign Gen
