💼 About This Role

You'll lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Campminder's shared platform, including shared services, data platform, and AI infrastructure. Your work will directly impact every product team, enabling faster development and a consistent foundation for camp management software. This role offers the chance to shape AI-native capabilities and build scalable shared systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own platform vision, strategy, and roadmap across four teams
• Lead and grow a team of three product managers
• Balance platform and product needs for internal teams
• Identify high-leverage platform investments with data-driven prioritization
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable capabilities

📋 Requirements

• Platform product leadership experience with internal teams as customers
• Managing product managers with a coaching style
• Proactive strategy development backed by data
• Navigating ambiguity in platform decisions and architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or data platform products
• Background in summer camp or education technology
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Lovable, Bolt, or Claude Code
