Description

You will be a key member of Stripe's Collaboration team, building innovative GenAI-powered experiences to boost employee productivity. You'll own end-to-end solutions, engage with stakeholders, and work across the full stack from UI design to API reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• 1+ years building rich web experiences with modern frameworks like React, Vue, etc.
• Experience working across full stack: UX, API design, reliability.
• Track record of shipping LLM-powered or information retrieval experiences (preferred).
• Industry experience with Ruby, TypeScript, and React (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of technically sophisticated engineers who put users first.
• Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging with stakeholders.
• Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
• Uphold high standards for engineering and product quality and mentor newer team members.
