💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic creating amazing customer experiences. You'll share your fandom knowledge, process sales, and keep the store visually appealing. This role is hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return visits
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store, use store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
