💼 About This Role

You'll enable product ambition and autonomy across SoSafe's Product Development organisation, ensuring strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcomes stay connected as you scale. You'll shape product operating practices and feedback loops that help teams move fast and make good decisions. This role is key in AI-first transformation, building AI-driven systems to reduce manual work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Help shape and evolve how product work happens at SoSafe
• Enable Product Managers to make high-quality decisions at pace
• Reduce friction and break down silos between Product, Design, and Engineering
• Design and facilitate planning, review, and retrospective sessions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations in a scaling product organisation
• Deep understanding of how strong product teams operate across discovery, delivery, and outcomes
• Strong product-first systems thinker with a pragmatic bias for execution
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Experience with AI tools like Claude
• Familiarity with workflow automation and reporting
• Background in cybersecurity or human risk management
