You will ensure maximum uptime of our production systems by driving a reliability plan, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and leading root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues. You'll track KPIs like OEE and MTBF, leverage CMMS data to predict failures, and develop your team's skills.

Requirements

• Engineering background (degree or equivalent qualification)
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, or automation in a production environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Experience with CMMS systems and performance tracking
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
• Passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Drive the site's Reliability Plan to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime
• Implement PM PdM strategies into daily engineering operations
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues
• Track and improve KPIs such as OEE and MTBF
• Analyze CMMS trends to predict and prevent failures
• Maintain engineering, safety, and food safety compliance
• Identify skill gaps and drive targeted training and development
• Contribute to capital projects and long-term engineering initiatives
