π― What You'll Do
- Coordinate recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
- Administer leave programs (OFLA, FMLA, Paid Leave Oregon)
- Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims
- Maintain employee compliance records and training tracking
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, ADP, Lever, and Zoom

- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI)
- Experience in nonprofit or social services environment
