🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
• Administer leave programs (OFLA, FMLA, Paid Leave Oregon)
• Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims
• Maintain employee compliance records and training tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, ADP, Lever, and Zoom

• HR certification (SHRM or HRCI)
• Experience in nonprofit or social services environment
