💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and integration of complex electrical and electromechanical systems for next-generation aerospace products, spanning power electronics, actuator drives, and avionics. You'll own hardware end-to-end from concept through production release, working with a fast-moving team that combines startup agility with aerospace expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead system architecture and integration across multi-domain programs.
• Design and develop power electronics, embedded digital, and mixed-signal hardware.
• Drive DFM/DFT/DFC/DFA decisions for scalable manufacturing.
• Define validation and test strategy including ICT and functional test.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in developing and shipping complex electronic hardware.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Altium or comparable ECAD tools.
• Experience taking electronic assemblies into production and shipping hardware.

✨ Nice to Have

• Aerospace or aviation systems experience.
• Familiarity with DO-254, DO-160, or similar regulated environments.
• MATLAB, Python, or scripting for analysis and automation.
