💼 About This Role

You'll lead Aspora's global compliance function as we expand across multiple markets, building compliance as a strategic advantage. You'll design frameworks and controls for high-integrity growth, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations. This role offers the chance to shape compliance strategy for a high-growth fintech platform backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement global compliance framework including policies and controls
• Oversee KYC/AML programs across all operating markets
• Manage regulatory relationships and ensure timely filings
• Lead internal investigations and remediation efforts

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in compliance, regulatory, or legal roles in financial services
• At least 5 years in senior leadership within regulated fintech or banking
• Deep understanding of international regulatory regimes for cross-border finance
• Experience building or scaling compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
