• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center.
• Oversee daily activities and coach team members.
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards.
• Train production associates on Quality Control standards.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process.
