Description

You will lead and support the Real-Time Operations team in monitoring and controlling 10 GW of utility-scale renewable energy plants. You'll manage continuous improvement, guide operations specialists, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires rotating 12.5-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in power plant operations
• NERC Reliability Coordinator Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Technical knowledge of plant and system processes, SCADA systems
• Knowledge of NERC, ERCOT, WECC, CAISO, PJM, SPP regulations
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to on-shift Real-Time Operations Specialists
• Manage RCA and continuous improvement for real-time operations issues
• Proactively monitor real-time activity and performance of wind, solar, and BESS assets
• Perform periodic operator log reviews for accuracy and compliance
• Support onboarding, training, and qualification of new operations specialists
