💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a system modernization project for a multi-agency public sector client, transforming legacy processes into a modern digital platform. You'll manage cross-functional teams and ensure the project meets goals on time and within budget while balancing scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee planning and execution of platform modernization, including discovery workshops and implementation.
• Manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across government agencies.
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics; develop plans and monitor progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in IT project management with 3+ in a senior role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Project management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum) and SDLC knowledge.
• Experience with public sector or enterprise IT projects managing scope, time, cost, and quality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Prior experience with state government transformation or permitting/regulatory system projects.
• Familiarity with federal digital initiatives (FAST-41, Permitting Dashboard) and data standards.
