🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Software Engineers.
• Define and own the future-state roadmap for the portfolio.
• Guide design, analysis, and architectural decision-making across platforms.
• Drive exploration and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years leading and managing engineering teams
• 5+ years building modern, multi-tier digital applications
• Experience with React and React-based frameworks like Next.js
• Experience with cloud-native architectures on AWS

• Experience with containerized workloads (EKS, ECS)
• Familiarity with managed data stores (RDS, DynamoDB)
