Description

You'll establish and own the product operations function at ClickHouse, building tooling, automation, and operational workflows from scratch. You'll partner with PMs and Engineering to reduce overhead, establish metrics, and ensure cross-functional execution is coordinated.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in product operations, technical program management or similar at a SaaS company
• Demonstrated ability to decompose high-level goals into actionable projects
• Hands-on proficiency with Linear, GitHub, and Notion
• Experience building automations without engineering support
• Strong written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and improve PM tooling stack: Linear, GitHub, Notion
• Build automations and integrations across tools
• Identify and apply AI tools to product operations workflows
• Translate company priorities into structured Linear projects with scope, owners, milestones, success criteria
• Own launch readiness process coordinating pre-launch responsibilities across teams
