Description

You will lead a team of technicians in operating and ramping a 24/7 wastewater treatment plant that recycles process water from Starlink production lines. Your role involves managing daily schedules, prioritizing work, and driving continuous improvement to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in water/wastewater treatment
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights) on rotating schedules
• Ability to stand up to 6 hours and lift 25 pounds unassisted
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person status)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, including performance management
• Supervise shop floor activity, schedules, and workflow
• Organize, assign, and track work across multi-shift schedules
• Develop standard work instructions and preventive maintenance schedules
• Use root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions
