You'll resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing for a premier property management company. Your work directly ensures resident satisfaction and community safety. This role offers full EPA certification paid by the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and vacant apartment turn-over repairs
• Maintain building grounds, including snow removal and general upkeep
• Provide on-call emergency response during evenings and weekends

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or a trade education
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable personal transportation for on-call emergencies
