- Lead strategic sales efforts across Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans.
- Drive revenue expansion through customer acquisition and account value growth.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with trustees, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Develop customized, fiduciary-aligned solutions for governance structures.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7+ years of sales in Taft-Hartley or labor trust markets.
- Understanding of Taft-Hartley governance and fiduciary obligations.
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets in long-cycle environments.
