💼 About This Role

You'll lead voice and digital AI self-service solutions for large contact centers. You'll design and implement Google CCAI applications and serve as a project lead for the Google delivery practice. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge AI technologies in a fully remote setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead voice and digital AI self-service solutions for contact centers
• Design and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
• Interface with clients to define solution requirements and technical design
• Collaborate with project team members on conversation design specifications

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of architect experience overall
• 4+ years of experience with AI solutions
• 2+ years of technical hands-on experience with Google CCaaS or UJET
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform Services (IAM, Storage, Networking, Cloud Run)

✨ Nice to Have

• Google Certification and/or Badge completion
• Experience developing Conversational Agents (Dialogflow)
• Proficient in Javascript, NodeJS and frameworks
