You'll lead a team of animators for a new AAA game project, creating and optimizing in-game character animations. Your work will shape a groundbreaking title from the ground up within a collaborative studio environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and support in-game character animations
• Optimize animation production pipeline and workflows
• Mentor less experienced animators and share best practices
• Integrate animations into the game engine

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years animating characters in Maya or other software
• Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary)
• Understanding of real-time graphics capabilities and limitations
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on a released AAA title
• Traditional 2D animation skills
• Skills in modeling, level art, VFX, sound design, compositing
