You'll resolve order issues and ensure smooth fulfillment at a leading sneaker marketplace. You'll communicate with sellers and buyers to reach optimal resolutions and keep orders flowing for same-day shipment. This role offers exposure to authentic sneaker operations in a fast-paced team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers for resolution
• Ensure orders in fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment
• Pick shoes from inventory and process returns and orders
• Take photos of sneakers quickly and accurately

📋 Requirements

• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Background in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Willing and able to operate carts and dollies to move merchandise
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours)
