๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the pipeline number, designing and scaling programs that feed qualified opportunities to the AE team at a hypergrowth B2B SaaS company. Your core impact will be building a multi-channel demand engine that converts to revenue at or above plan, while leading a small team and reporting to the CRO. This role stands out with full ownership of the marketing budget and a clear path to VP of Marketing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own quarterly sourced pipeline plan tied to AE quota coverage.
- Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (paid, SEO, ABM, events).
- Conduct customer research to develop personas and refine messaging.
- Optimize martech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce) for attribution and lead scoring.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- 3+ years leading a demand generation team.
- Proven track record of hitting a pipeline number (sourced/influenced).
- Experience building an ABM program from scratch that produced sourced pipeline.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in multifamily, PropTech, or complex B2B with multi-stakeholder sales.
- SQL proficiency or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with 6sense, Demandbase, or Clearbit.
