💼 About This Role

You'll be Gamma's first Data Scientist, turning massive volumes of user data and AI outputs into insights that shape how millions create content. You'll design A/B tests, build frameworks for AI model performance, and partner with product and engineering to define quality metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build frameworks for AI model performance and product health
• Identify quality gaps in AI outputs across user cohorts
• Define quality metrics for AI-generated content and user satisfaction
• Design and analyze large-scale A/B tests with statistical rigor

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a data scientist at product-focused tech companies
• Strong statistical foundations for A/B tests and experiments at scale
• Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt and Snowflake
• Experience with AI/ML products, especially LLMs or generative AI

• Experience managing or mentoring other data scientists
• Comfort analyzing unstructured text data
