💼 About This Role

You'll support the Director of Accounting at a $500M+ construction leader, overseeing month-end close and financial reporting. You'll drive process improvements and partner with operations teams. This role offers a clear path to Controller.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end and year-end close
• Oversee financial reporting and GAAP compliance
• Manage revenue recognition and WIP schedules
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting (Manager+) or industry experience
• CPA preferred
