💼 About This Role

You'll provide pediatric ICU-level care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home. You'll work as part of a team-based HICU® Hospital at Home model, delivering skilled nursing and training families. This role offers the chance to make a profound impact in a one-on-one care setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-tech pediatric nursing care in home settings
• Train families on trach/ventilator care and infusion
• Collaborate with hospital care team for seamless transitions
• Provide one-on-one care to assigned pediatric clients

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license
• At least 1 year of verifiable LPN experience
• Competence in tracheostomy/ventilator care
• Competence in infusion therapy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in NICU, PICU, or ICU
• Home care trach/vent experience
