💼 About This Role

You'll originate and structure large commercial real estate financing transactions ($20M+) for Canada's Challenger Bank. You'll analyze loan opportunities, build relationships with clients and brokers, and collaborate with credit and funding teams to ensure deal flow from inception to closing. This role offers the chance to drive growth in the commercial mortgage portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and structure real estate and construction financing opportunities.
• Communicate daily with origination, credit, and funding teams.
• Meet external contacts to procure new commercial transactions.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and identify new loan opportunities.
• Travel for site inspections, presentations, and industry events.

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business or finance.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate and construction financing as an account manager.
• Proficient credit skills and knowledge of secured lending.
• Experience with CMHC and institutional construction lending.
