You'll be the trusted partner for customers across their entire journey with Assembled, mastering the product and resolving technical issues. You'll turn customer tickets into company-changing improvements and contribute code fixes to Engineering. This onsite role is based in San Francisco with a team that values ownership and collaboration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create exceptional customer experiences from contact through resolution
- Investigate and resolve technical issues by debugging and querying
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product direction
- Build documentation and processes to scale support operations
