You'll be the trusted partner for customers across their entire journey with Assembled, mastering the product and resolving technical issues. You'll turn customer tickets into company-changing improvements and contribute code fixes to Engineering. This onsite role is based in San Francisco with a team that values ownership and collaboration.

  • Create exceptional customer experiences from contact through resolution
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues by debugging and querying
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product direction
  • Build documentation and processes to scale support operations
