💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team delivering transcreated marketing communications across multiple languages for a global brand. You'll drive quality and efficiency in language management processes while building client relationships. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid Amsterdam setting with a pioneering in-house agency model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build client relationships as part of the global team
• Monitor client satisfaction and take corrective actions
• Lead, appraise, mentor, and motivate transcreation managers and executives
• Direct planning and execution of complex transcreation briefs

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years working experience in language localisation
• Team management experience
• Mastery in budget management (forecast, estimate, tracking)
• Experience with post-production processes across different media

✨ Nice to Have

• Native speaker of a language other than English
• University degree in languages, marketing, business, or related fields
• Experience managing MT/AI workflows
