Description
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business clients in the hospitality industry. Your goal is to understand customer needs and present our software as the solution, while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in outbound sales or client-facing role
- Experience in IT, software, e-commerce, or POS systems preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent listening and persuasive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers and schedule product demos via phone and email
- Consult with clients to identify needs and present suitable Lightspeed solutions
- Build trust-based relationships from first contact through post-sale
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
