🎯 What You'll Do

• Support US customers on DigiCert ONE platform via phone and email
• Project a professional company image through interactions
• Work with Validation teams to process Lawyer Card requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• 2-year degree in IT or related technical field
• 1 year of technical support experience
• Knowledge of PKI certificates
• Working knowledge of REST APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in Japanese and English
• 2+ years technical support experience in tech industry
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
