You'll shape payments strategy across EMEA at Stripe, owning the vision and roadmap for local payment methods and conversion performance. You'll drive cross-functional execution to unlock revenue uplift and improve buyer experience. This role offers end-to-end ownership of critical payment infrastructure and market expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year vision for EMEA Payments
• Lead Engineering and Design through product lifecycle
• Enforce standards for product quality and API design
• Partner with Sales and GTM to pitch product and win deals

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at high velocity
• Obsession with product quality across API design and UX
• Existing knowledge of payments landscape or ability to learn complex domains

• Background in Computer Science or Engineering
• Ability to understand complex systems at deep technical level
